JadoreArt creates and sells hand-painted, made-to-order custom sneakers.
All artworks are painted by hand, which means each pair is unique and may slightly differ from the images shown.

2. Orders

• All sneakers are made to order.

• Production time usually takes 2–3 working days before shipping.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled once painting has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailable stock.

3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include taxes where applicable.

• Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will always keep the price agreed at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments on jadoreart.com are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay 💳
We do not store any payment information — all data is encrypted and protected by SSL security.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
Estimated delivery time:

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–10 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier issues.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because every pair is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for size changes, design changes, or buyer’s remorse.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jadoreart.com with photos of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, and images on jadoreart.com are the exclusive property of JadoreArt.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is used only to process orders and improve our services.
We will never sell or share your data.
Payments and data are handled securely through Stripe’s encrypted systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

JadoreArt is not liable for:

• Delays in shipping caused by customs or postal services.

• Normal wear or misuse of customized products.

All shoes are officially purchased Nike Air Force 1 bases — we are not affiliated with Nike, Inc..
Each pair is a custom artistic creation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union.
Any disputes will be handled under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
